Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopment disorder that affects both children and adults. In adults, ADHD can present as difficulty with organization, time management, and completing tasks. It can also lead to impulsivity and restlessness. Diagnosing ADHD in adults can be challenging due to the overlap of symptoms with other mental health conditions. However, individuals with ADHD often possess strengths such as creativity, high energy, and the ability think outside the box.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopment condition that affects communication, social interaction, and behavior. While it is often diagnosed in childhood, many adults also live with ASD. Often times symptoms in Adults are explained away or go unnoticed, leaving the individual confused as to why they seem or feel different to those around them.
